Thankyou for talking about Bruno! As you identified that putting his head into the harness was clearly aversive to him I am puzzled as to why you didn’t try the style of harness that clips onto the neck as well as the body? If you use the silent clip hack this could resolve his feelings of it being aversive. I like the Canuzzo range of very lightweight harnesses as all the surfaces in contact with the body are smooth.
